Dantech Engineering are currently working on a camera grading system which will sort according to colour, size, diameter and defects. All the latest technologies are being used in our systems. Depending on the hardware configuration, the Sizer Controller allows the following features: • High accuracy (1gram error or less) • Up to 6 lanes • Up to 48 Drops • Demand Feed control (with individual settings per drop) • Up to 16 Sorting groups • Drop capacity control • Different classes per lane • Support for multiple drops per group • Support for multiple group per drop • Statistics display on computer • Local display unit for monitoring and calibration Dantech Engineering Sizer Controllers are configured by the manufacturer on order. Extremely user friendly. Very easy to use. Fully installed with computer and licensed software. Comes with an owner’s manual and free training. No annual license fees.
