Hydraulic Tipper Then large bin-Tipper is a productive electronic tipping machine which enables the continuous flow of product. This Machine is chain driven to compliment low maintenance costs. The bins enter on a chain which is driven by a three phase o.55kW motor. The Bins then enters the rotating wheel, where the bin is rotated to almost 130 degrees, forcing the product out of the bin and onto a conveyor. The conveyor at the bottom of the machine then moves the product into the pack line for production. The Large Bin Tipper can tip up to 300 bins per day, which is very competitive in the industry.
